Fue un gran placer haber compartido el tiempo del seminario en Cartagena, haber podido intercambiar experiencias y sobre todo estrechar vínculos personales y profesionales.

señor Jorge kogan de mi mayor consideracion: veo que su preocupacion son los trenes. Le escribo de la Argentina, donde se condidera el tren bala, una gran solucion. Desgraciadamente no es asi. Este pais se ha caracterizado, por trenes que cubrian casi todo el territorio. Esto hacia que los contactos entre poblaciones, facilitara envios o transportara gente, por todo el pais.
Esto ha cambiado completamente. Hay lugares que son casi fantasmas, porque no salen ni llegan trenes. Hay un tren que fue muy importante, llamado El Gran Capitan, que todavia funciona y tarda un dia y medio en llegar a Buenos Aires.
El tren Bala tendra un recorrido de apenas 700 km, que unira la Capital con Rosario y cordoba. Cada boleto costara unos 700 pesos.
Es un tren para privilegiados que solo algunos podran usar. Lo de siempre. Hace unos meses salio una pagina explicando, todo lo que podria arreglarse con el dinero que va a costar, el tren nuevo.
Podrian arreglarse cientos de kilometros de vias en mal estado.
Los condenados a ser pueblos fantasmas, volverian a ser como antes.Y claro esta, los precios serian accesibles para todos.
